Per dogfriendly.come Dogs on leash are allowed in the state park. They are not allowed in the camping area. The park features hiking, fishing, picnicking, boating, and more. Also featured is the Waterloo Village, a 400 year old Lenape Indian Village that later became a port for the Morris Canal. I believe this to be true as I saw many dogs on leashes when I was there.
