石和温泉の玄関口。南口が石和温泉方面で、駅に観光案内所もあります。駅前に富士山のイルミネーションがあり、色が刻々と変わっていきます。Full review by Venture806823

綺麗な駅です。ただ、温泉地としての風情はない。そしてその風情がないのは町全体にも言える。その意味でも玄関口としても良い。Full review by MYCAN

石和温泉駅に観光協会が入っており、笛吹市また笛吹市の石和町などの資料が沢山そろっており、観光に便利です。 このワイン県山梨県の石和温泉駅には、ワインサーバーがあり、山梨ワインが有料試飲できます(100円から)。 宿泊ホテルの駐車場に車を停めさせてもらい、チェックイン前に、石和温泉駅まで歩き、試飲しました。 駅に向かって左側には、シャトレーゼのプレミアム菓子店YATSUDOKIもあります。Full review by MarianJ007
