I don't think anyone does tours, there is nothing to see (like museum, shops, etc. inside) it's just the field. So when there are no games, people don't usually even want to go in. If you …

I don't think anyone does tours, there is nothing to see (like museum, shops, etc. inside) it's just the field. So when there are no games, people don't usually even want to go in. If you really like to go in, I think that if you ask nicely someone (police officers, club officials) during training or similar activities, they will let you in. A bribe would work for sure.
